The book The Diary of a Young Girl is an intense set of diary intries written by a jewish teenage girl  named Anne Frank during the holocaust. She writes all about her life in hiding with her family and the terror and problems they face with the fear of being found. Even throough all of that though she still has her reagular family problems as everyone else. She argues with her mother and sister all the time because she fells as though they are picking on her and how she fells only as though her father understands her.
Anne also writes about the anger between her family and the one which they were staying with in the attic. In her diary she explains the fued between her mother and the other families mother, and the weird boyish was of the other families son. Throughout the story even though they are isolated from the world for a little over two years both family deal with the same problems as all other normal families in the outside world. The parents dealing with rebellious children and their attitudes, then the children dealing with the feelings of being alone and haviing no one there to understand them and what they are going through.
While Anne is in the attic she and her sister still learn and are educated by the parents as if they were being homeschooled which I find extraordinary because if I were but in hiding out of fear for my life I dought that the main thing on my mind would every be school. Even so I guess that was their way of keeping the feeling that they were apart of the world and had a life instead of just being stuck in the attic.Through the story though Anne Frank always keeps her head high, with a few exceptions. She always writes as though she and her family will survive and be okay.
